Dr. Konstantinos Christoglou is Research Associate and Adjunct Professor at the University of Macedonia since 2008 and a lecturer at the Hellenic Management Association (HMA). His teaching and research interests are in Healthcare Management and Economics.

Konstantinos holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, an MBA from the University of Macedonia, Greece, a MSc from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and he studied Leadership in Ashride Business School, United Kingdom. He is specialized in the administration and financial management of healthcare units and particularly he has been heavily involved in the quality of healthcare services. He is the author of several scientific publications, his research is internationally recognized, and he regularly participates in scientific congresses (i.e. talks, lectures, panel discussion coordination).

Konstantinos has a dual scientific background on Biochemistry and Economics, which is also strengthened by his professional standard in the Healthcare sector. He has accumulated more than 28 years in managerial positions both in the private and public sector (i.e. BAYER Hellas A.G, General Hospital KATERINI, THEAGENIO Cancer Hospital, IASO Group, ATHENS MEDICAL Group, BIOIATRIKI Healthcare Group).
